Bob Hill Hydraulic Crane Rental was established in 1959 and since then has been servicing Southern California industries for over 45 years.  Bob Hill Hydraulic Crane Rental has developed a reputation for being an honest and reliable crane service company.

In 2002 Bob Hill Hydraulic Crane Rental was purchased by Tom Dean and Mike Nunley.  Recognizing the inherit value of this family owned company as one of the leaders in the crane rental industry, the core strength was then, and continues to be our employees.  As a leader in the crane service industry, our employees embody the definition of team.  We, as a group, strive to provide all of our customers, regardless of company size, the highest level of professionalism and service possible. 

In 2003 another opportunity presented itself.  Lonnie Crane Service, a company with over 25 years of history in the Southern California crane industry, became available for acquisition.  While carefully examining the asset list, and customer demographics, Dean and Nunley decided this company was a step in the right direction towards accomplishing a long-term goal of integration and growth for Bob Hill Hydraulic Crane Rental. 

In 2004 we continued to aggressively drive ourselves forward by moving Bob Hill Hydraulic Crane Rental from its long time home in Signal Hill, where it occupied less than 3-acres.  Then, moving Lonnie Crane from its South Gate location, where it occupied approximately 1-acre.  Melding both companies to one new location, we established a new facility in the city of Carson. 

Our company now boasts of a fleet of hydraulic cranes from the smallest 5-ton crane to our largest 300-ton crane, with a reach of over 360 feet high.
